My hypothesis is that Apple may drop the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 entirely from their store this year and bring the price of the regular iPhone 14 down to $699. Most likely over 500, if not 600 dollars and in all likelihood, the new SE 4 could very well replace whatever iPhone is currently sitting at that $599 price point at the time of its release. In my opinion, there is no way this phone is launching for around $400. With these talks of it now receiving a MASSIVE screen size increased to 6.1 inches, it having an OLED panel, it having an additional camera, Face ID, 5G, and potentially even more - expect the price of this phone to increase A LOT. ![]() ![]() ![]() This all sounds great on paper, but if you stop to think about it for a second, the original iPhone SE cost $399, the SE 2 cost an identical $399 4 years later, but just two years later, the SE 3 launched at a price of $429, and the only major thing it had o9ver the SE 2 was the A15 bionic chip and the 5G modem.
